Durham Wildcats clinched their third victory of the season beating Manchester Giants on Sunday, while Glasgow Rocks and Cheshire Jets also won.

Durham Wildcats proved the better side with a 69-64 triumph over Manchester Giants after coming back from 18 points down early in the third quarter.

Mike Baldarelli led all scorers with 19 points, whilst for the Giants, Stefan Gill ended the contest with 18 points to lead their scorers.

The win boosts Wildcats to sixth place in the BBL Championship table, while Giants fall to seventh.

Meanwhile, Glasgow Rocks moved up to eighth position in the BBL Championship table, after beating Worcester Wolves at the Emirates Arena.

The Rocks secured an 85-79 victory over the Wolves,Nike Air Max 95 replacing London Lions in the final BBL Playoffs qualification spot. The defeat for Wolves means they remain fourth with 10 points from 10 games.

The Rocks went into half-time leading 36-28 and continued to push on for the win. It was player/coach Sterling Davis who led their scorers with 20 points, also grabbing 7 boards in his effort.

After a difficult week, there was some light for the Cheshire Jets who secured their second victory of the season at the Northgate Arena.

They beat bottom of the table Mersey Tigers 79-73 in a very tight game, with Cheshire now sitting joint ninth in the BBL Championship table.
